Choose the product’s print category and check the complete customization and checkout flow before accepting customer orders. You provide the product images, size charts, and store settings. It uses the store’s WordPress/WooCommerce endpoints. Media URLs configured by the store may use its own CDN or hosting provider. Submitted artwork, design JSON and preview images are stored on the store server and associated with the cart/order. Original images and previews can be attached to WooCommerce new-order and customer on-hold, processing and completed emails. Email recipients and delivery providers follow the store’s WooCommerce/mail configuration. Unordered draft directories are cleaned after 30 days through daily WordPress scheduled tasks. Cleanup timing depends on WordPress cron. Ordered artwork has no automatic expiration; the store administrator must apply the store’s retention policy. Deactivation does not delete artwork, settings or order metadata. This release does not provide automatic artwork deletion through WordPress personal-data erasure; administrators must process applicable requests manually, including copies in emails/backups. WooCommerce session cookies identify the cart. The ypstd_lang cookie stores a language preference (up to one year). A salted HMAC of the visitor IP address is used for an upload-rate counter with a one-hour expiration; the raw IP is not stored by that counter. Hosting, WordPress and WooCommerce may independently log or store additional data. Customers should avoid including unnecessary personal information in uploaded artwork. Review and adapt the suggested privacy text available in the WordPress privacy policy guide. ### Source and licenses The complete readable PHP, JavaScript, CSS and translation source is included. No build step, bundled external library, remote font or executable download is required. The plugin source and translation catalog are distributed under GPL-2.0-or-later; see LICENSE.txt. WordPress and WooCommerce are separately installed dependencies under their own licenses. Product images, customer artwork and size charts are supplied by the store or customer and are not bundled here. ### Fresh installation Legacy cts editions are not imported. Configure settings and products when migrating from a legacy edition. Updates within the current ypstd-based free edition retain existing settings. The shortcode is [ypstd_designer]. Activate only one designer edition. Install and activate WooCommerce. PHP GD, Fileinfo and Mbstring extensions must be available. 2. Upload this ZIP through Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin and activate it. 3. Open WooCommerce > YourPop Studio T-Shirt Product Designer. Configure brands, sizes, colors, printing methods, prices and front base images. 4. Choose a size guide image for each brand as needed. Leave it empty to hide that brand’s button. 5. On a simple product, enable YourPop Studio T-Shirt Product Designer and choose its print category. Set the product’s price and publish it. 6. Confirm image storage is writable and outside the public web document root. If necessary define YPSTD_STORAGE_DIR in wp-config.php using a private absolute directory provided by your host. 7. Test customization, checkout, administrator downloads and order emails on a staging site before accepting orders. ## FAQ ### Do I need a license key? No. This package has no license activation or expiration mechanism. ### Which print formats are available? The free edition supports front-side 4 x 4 inch apparel printing and 4 x 3 inch front printing for Cap and Mesh Cap categories, with image layers and basic sans- serif text. ### Can I import settings from older editions? Existing settings from the current ypstd-based free edition are retained during updates. Legacy cts settings and artwork directories from older editions are not imported. When moving from a legacy edition, configure your settings and products again. Use [ypstd_designer] for a shortcode page and activate only one designer edition. ### Why are uploaded images not stored in the media library? Customer artwork uses a private folder outside the public document root. Downloads require an authorized store administrator or the matching cart session. Public base images and brand size charts use the WordPress media library. ### What if the designer reports an expired nonce after caching? The designer uses WordPress nonces and a WooCommerce session token. Clear cached product pages and exclude designer products from long-lived full-page caching, or configure a cache lifetime shorter than 12 hours.
