If you care about your mental health…

…don’t attempt to style this plugin to match your theme. I’m sure the designers of this plugin are good people with the best intentions—actually I’m not really sure, I think whoever made CSS rules such as these is a sadist! Take a look at this example of CSS from the plugin stylesheet. Want to make this text normal instead of italicized? That’s 7 levels of specificity and an !important directive you’ll have to overrule!

Reviews enough to scare me away

That’s all that needs to be said, I installed the free version too hastily, then looked deeper and found $400 a month insane.

Lost all reviews

The free version is ok. The paid one is extremely over priced for the features it offers. We signed a 1 year contract for $5,032.00 (2 payments). We paid half for the first 6 months then we did not want to continue with the paid version and just keep using the free version.
They’ve blocked our account and of course we have lost all of our reviews (for which we have paid).

To keep my review short, IT IS NOT WORTH using this plugin. At the end, you will loose your reviews. We ended with WooCommerce Reviews Pro, which is extremely cheap comparing with Yotpo AND, you OWN the reviews.

Very effective to bring reviews, but sad that it doesn’t render Rich Snippets

Yotpo is very effective in bringing in the reviews. Very! Probably because it makes it so easy for the client to fill in the review right in the email message.

But oh so sad that you must buy the very expensive premium version to get Rich Snippets for the reviews to show up in Google.

Would have given it a clear 5:er if it wasn’t for that issue.
