Create a dedicated Wholesale Customer role and define a wholesale price for simple products and each product variation. Logged-in wholesale customers see their eligible prices in product listings, product pages, variation selections, cart totals, checkout, and order calculations. Retail customers and guests continue to use the normal WooCommerce prices. #### Free features * Wholesale Customer role with the same basic capabilities as the standard WooCommerce customer role. * Wholesale price field for simple products. * Wholesale price field for every product variation. * Independent pricing for each variation. * Normal WooCommerce pricing when a wholesale price is left blank. * Wholesale pricing in product loops, product pages, carts, and checkout. * Support for sale prices, coupons, and WooCommerce tax calculations. * Compatibility declarations for WooCommerce HPOS and Cart and Checkout Blocks. * Basic wholesale price CSV import with preview and explicit apply. * Wholesale price CSV export for simple products and variations. * The literal `CLEAR` value removes an existing wholesale price during import. * No custom database tables and no external library dependencies. #### Designed for WooCommerce The plugin uses WooCommerce product objects and official pricing hooks. Variable product price ranges are calculated from the effective price of every available variation, including variations that do not have a wholesale price. WooCommerce remains responsible for tax, coupon, shipping, and order total calculations. #### Pro edition The Pro edition is sold and distributed separately from WordPress.org. Premium implementation code is excluded from the Free package generated for WordPress.org. Pro features include: * Minimum order quantity rules. * Quantity step / pack size rules. * Tiered / bulk pricing. * Multiple wholesale roles with role-specific pricing. * Global and category percentage discount rules. The Free edition remains fully functional on its own and does not require a Pro license. #### Optional Freemius connection This plugin uses the Freemius SDK for optional account connection, licensing, and upgrade management. Make sure WooCommerce is installed and active. 2. Upload the `yildirim-wholesale-pricing` folder to `/wp-content/plugins/`, or install the plugin ZIP from **Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin**. 3. Activate **Simple Wholesale Pricing for WooCommerce** from the **Plugins** screen. 4. Assign the **Wholesale Customer** role to the users who should receive wholesale prices. 5. Edit a simple product or variation and enter a value in **Wholesale Price**. 6. Leave the field blank when that product or variation should keep its normal WooCommerce price. 7. Use **WooCommerce > Wholesale Pricing** to preview and apply a CSV import, or export current wholesale prices. ## FAQ ### Who sees wholesale prices? Only logged-in users with the `yildwhpr_wholesale_customer` role receive wholesale prices. Guests, regular customers, shop managers, and administrators continue to see normal prices. ### Can every variation have a different wholesale price? Yes. Each variation stores its own wholesale price. If a variation is left blank, that variation uses its normal regular or sale price. ### What happens when the wholesale price is blank? The original WooCommerce price is preserved. A blank value is not treated as a zero price. ### What CSV format does the Free edition support? Import CSV files require `sku,wholesale_price`. An empty wholesale price skips that row, while `CLEAR` removes the existing wholesale price. Decimal values such as ` 19.99` are supported. Imports always require a preview and an explicit apply action. Exports use `sku,product_name,product_type,regular_price,wholesale_price`. ### Is a wholesale price of zero supported? Yes. A deliberately entered numeric value of `0` is treated as a real zero price. An empty or invalid value is ignored and the normal product price is used. ### Does it work with variable products? Yes. The plugin supports variable products, individual variation prices, variation selection updates, and mixed wholesale/normal price ranges. ### Does it support WooCommerce HPOS? The plugin declares compatibility with WooCommerce High-Performance Order Storage and does not create custom order tables. ### Does it support Cart and Checkout Blocks? The plugin declares compatibility with WooCommerce Cart and Checkout Blocks. Cart prices are applied through WooCommerce’s normal cart calculation flow. ### Are coupons and taxes calculated from the wholesale price? Yes. The wholesale price is assigned to the cart item before WooCommerce calculates totals, so normal WooCommerce coupon and tax processing can operate on that price. ### What happens when a guest logs in after adding products to the cart? Wholesale pricing is evaluated during cart total calculation. After the customer logs in with the Wholesale Customer role, eligible cart items are recalculated using their wholesale prices. ### Does the plugin delete the wholesale role on deactivation?
