The plugin adds a focused cash-on-delivery form to eligible WooCommerce products. Customers can select a quantity, choose an available variation, enter their delivery location, select Home or generic Office delivery, review the order total, and place a real WooCommerce order. #### A focused WooCommerce COD ordering experience * Add a cash-on-delivery order form to WooCommerce product pages. * Create normal WooCommerce orders that remain available under WooCommerce > Orders. * Support published, visible, purchasable simple products. * Support basic variable products with a complete available variation selection. * Respect WooCommerce quantity, sold-individually, stock, backorder, tax, currency, decimal, and rounding rules. * Redirect customers to the native WooCommerce order-received page or show an inline success confirmation. * Use a responsive storefront form designed for desktop, mobile, and right-to-left layouts. #### Shipping Manager with state-level prices Yaxii Smart Form Lite includes a dedicated Shipping Manager for configuring simple COD delivery prices. * Enable or disable Home delivery globally. * Enable or disable generic Office delivery globally. * Enable delivery methods separately for each state or region. * Set Home and Office prices for each state or region. * Use optional custom storefront labels for Home and Office. * Search states, filter configuration, and apply bulk actions. * Let customers select a country, state or region, and city where supported. Shipping prices are configured per state or region. Cities are used as address choices and are not separate pricing zones. Supported countries: * Algeria * Bahrain * Egypt * Kuwait * Lebanon * Morocco * Oman * Saudi Arabia * Tunisia * United Arab Emirates Office delivery is a generic merchant-configured option. It does not connect to carrier offices, shipping-provider APIs, dispatch systems, parcel labels, synchronization, or tracking. #### Flexible product-page placement Place the WooCommerce COD form: * Before the native add-to-cart form. * After the native add-to-cart form. * After the product summary. * Only where the shortcode is used. Use this shortcode inside product context: ``` [yaxii_smart_form_lite] ``` Use an explicit WooCommerce product ID on another page: ``` [yaxii_smart_form_lite id="123"] ``` The legacy `product_id` attribute remains supported. When both attributes are present,` id` takes precedence. #### Server-validated orders and automatic protection The browser does not decide the final product price, variation, shipping price, tax, stock, or order total. Yaxii Smart Form Lite validates the order again on the server before creating it. The plugin also includes automatic request verification, bounded rate limiting, duplicate-order protection, and safe retry handling. Install and activate WooCommerce. 2. In WordPress, go to Plugins > Add New and search for Yaxii Smart Form Lite. 3. Install and activate the plugin. 4. Go to WooCommerce > Settings > Payments and enable Cash on delivery. 5. Go to Yaxii Lite > Shipping Manager and configure at least one supported country, state or region, delivery method, and price. 6. Go to Yaxii Lite > Settings, enable the form, choose its placement, and save. 7. Open an eligible product page and place a test COD order before using the form with customers. ## FAQ ### Does Yaxii Smart Form Lite replace WooCommerce checkout? No. It provides a focused product-page COD order form. Successful submissions create normal WooCommerce orders and use WooCommerce products, stock, taxes, payment, order statuses, and HPOS-compatible order storage. ### Does it require an account, license key, or paid plan? No. All functionality included in Yaxii Smart Form Lite is free and works without a Yaxii account, license key, trial period, quota, or remote entitlement check. ### Which WooCommerce products are supported? Published, visible, purchasable simple products and basic variable products are supported. Variable-product customers must select a complete, available variation. The plugin does not claim universal compatibility with bundles, composites, subscriptions, bookings, or other advanced product types. ### Why is the COD form not showing? Check that: * WooCommerce is active. * WooCommerce Cash on delivery is enabled. * The Lite form is enabled under Yaxii Lite > Settings. * At least one supported shipping state and method has a valid price. * The product is published, visible, purchasable, and supported. * The product is in stock or allows backorders under WooCommerce rules. * Yaxii Smart Form Premium is not currently controlling the storefront form. Store managers can also see a product-page diagnostic when the form is unavailable. ### Are shipping prices configured per city? No. Delivery prices apply to states or regions. Cities are customer address choices only. ### Does Office delivery connect to a shipping company? No. Office is a generic state-level delivery method and price. It does not include a carrier office selector, provider API, dispatch, parcel labels, synchronization, or tracking. ### What happens after a customer places an order? By default, the customer is redirected to the native WooCommerce order-received page. You can instead keep the customer on the product page and show an inline success confirmation. ### Where can I find submitted orders? Open WooCommerce > Orders. Lite does not create a separate order system. ### Does the plugin support WooCommerce HPOS? Yes. Orders are created and accessed through WooCommerce order APIs and the plugin declares compatibility with High-Performance Order Storage. ### Does the plugin send customer data to Yaxii? No. Customer name, phone, address, product, and delivery details are used to create the WooCommerce order on your own WordPress site. Lite does not add telemetry, remote customer-data logging, or recovery marketing. ### What happens when Yaxii Smart Form Premium is active? Lite keeps its administration pages and merchant configuration available, but its public form, public order routes, shortcode output, and storefront assets become dormant so that only one Yaxii order-form runtime controls the storefront. ### What data is removed when the plugin is uninstalled? Uninstall removes disposable Lite locks and rate-limit transients.
