### 󠀁[Very effective and reliable](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/very-effective-and-reliable/)󠁿

 [prodos](https://profiles.wordpress.org/prodos/) September 3, 2016

I’ve been using this plugin on several different sites, all with different themes,
for over a month now (starting with it’s earlier version, before it was renamed,
XOpi) and have found it to work very nicely. It certainly makes doing quick edits
and corrections a breeze! If I had to suggest a feature, it would be to somehow
have the editor “float”. When I have a long page to edit and, let’s say, want to
italicise a word, I need to scroll up to the top to get to the appropriate little
button. Of course, this is also the case, with Wordpress’s default editor anyway.
But I do recall test-running a different front-end editor (which is no longer compatible
with the current version of Wordpress) and it did have a sort of “floating” collection
of editing icons which was very handy. In any case, I love XOpi. It’s saved me a
lot of time and hassle and have found nothing to criticise about it. This is an
excellent plugin, in my experience.

### 󠀁[I like it](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/i-like-it-282/)󠁿

Just installed this plugin on my site, using the twentyfifteen theme. No problems
so far, and I really like being able to edit on the front of the website a lot.
