If you are looking for a basic form plug- standard, flex able and straightforward.
Perfect for someone like me that doesn’t know all that much.

This tool offers a complete form building solution, I’m really happy with the end-
user interface and back-end drop/drag function makes it quick and easy. Also allows
for many options as well as character keys. Love it! Please keep going! Your plugins
rock!
