Your plugin is nice, but what I’d really like is one that I can edit completely from scratch – so the template shows a blank page that allows me to design any way I want.

Works great. Easy to set up. No problems connecting to Mailchimp. It did exactly what I wanted it to do. I had one day to set up my first landing page and I probably spent more time trying to figure out which one to use than actually working on the landing page itself. Took me a minute to figure that you need to Preview and then Save. Great support too (especially considering I’m currently using the free version).

The plugin is extremely basic but probably a good option if you don’t know anything about wordpress because it allows you to create very basic pages. I found the landing page I created was fairly easy but didn’t look right and there was no way to change it.

This plug in has a bit of a learning curve, but worked great for me. I’m happy with my new landing page, and found the template quite configurable. There are more features I like to see, but for a free version I felt there’s enough functionality to allow users to make their landing page unique. I can confirm that the steps in the tutorial he provides for integrating a mailing list opt-in form with Mailchimp also works for Mad Mimi, the provider I use. The “edit page” feature didn’t work for me initially, which meant needing to redo the entire page, fast enough once I knew what I was doing. Today it’s all working exactly as it should. Possibly this is an intermittent fault? I found the creator of the plug-in to be very responsive to email requests for help.
