Visitors can book the events - free or paid - and HS Reserve will send the appropirate email follow up reminders for the event.  Events are conducted using Google Hangouts, a video conferencing application that is included with all Google Accounts.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>IMPORTANT<\/strong> In order for this plugin to work, you must setup an account - free or paid - on HangoutScheduler.com.  To setup an account, you'll need a Google account - free or paid.  You can create a free account and publish two events per month, or upgrade to unlimted events with a paid account.  The plugin your Wordpress site to HangoutScheduler.com via an API key.  This API key is generated when you create an account on HangoutSchduler.com.<\/p>\n\n<p>Why use HangoutScheduler?  HangoutScheduler allows users to setup a series of email reminders for participants in the events.  These reminders are sent 'x' hours before the event and include complete information and a link to join the event.  This link directs users back to a page on your website that you will setup as the 'waiting room.  It's like getting the experience of high cost corporate video conferencing for free, or a nominal cost if you upgrade to unlimited events.<\/p>\n\n<p>In addition, HangoutScheduler.com helps users setup and manage 'rooms' which are URLS to start a Google Hangout.<\/p>\n\n<p>The features in HS Reserve and HangoutScheduler.com are exactly the same for free and paid accounts.
