They have to fulfill restrictions of Polish Inspector General for Personal Data Protection, which means that they must register any set of data containing personal data as email address, IP number or else. They have also to inform visitor of the page about the fact of gathering this kind of data and achieve his permission to do it. GiodoInfo shows appropriate information and offers a choice for acceptance or not in two situations: sending the comment (when everybody is permitted to do so) and registration of new author of comments (when the right to write comments belongs only to the registered guest of blog).
