Having fully static HTML files as oppose to hitting database or hitting cache server should in theory be faster. When installed, when saving a post this plugin will create a physical file in the server directory as configured in the settings.<\/p>\n
Features
\nSave posts as static HTML files
\nSave pages as static HTML files
\nGenerate an accompanying full table of contents static page when saving pages. Each link levels will have different css classes, useful for styling and javascript usages
\nAbility to lock HTML editor, so that the visual editor doesn't remove the post's html markup when switching the tab by accident
\nInsert raw html including javascripts (use with caution) without wordpress stripping the tags through the use of [static_code] shortcode. The button will be visible under HTML editor mode.
\nConvert any post into Table of content by using [TOC] string, this is also available as a button under HTML editor mode. When a page has this TOC, the static file generated will contain links to the decendents of the current page
\nAbility to disable unsupported admin meta boxes and links. This plugin doesn't meta boxes such as tags. Therefore there is an option in the settings to disable these.
\nThis will disable:
\n'commentstatusdiv'
\n'commentsdiv'
\n'slugdiv'
\n'trackbacksdiv'
\n'postcustom'
\n'postexcerpt'
\n'tagsdiv-post_tag'
\n'postimagediv'
\n'formatdiv'
\n'edit slug link'
\n'quick edit link'
\nCurl Callback to configurable URLs after creating static post\/page
\nCurl Callback to configurable URLs after uploading images to NextGen Gallery
\nAutosave is disabled when this plugin is installed\n<\/p>","jetpack_sharing_enabled":true,"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/wordpress.org\/plugins\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/plugin\/62612","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/wordpress.org\/plugins\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/plugin"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/wordpress.org\/plugins\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/plugin"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/wordpress.org\/plugins\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/comments?post=62612"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/wordpress.org\/plugins\/wp-json\/wporg\/v1\/users\/rvbd"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/wordpress.org\/plugins\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=62612"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"plugin_section","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/wordpress.org\/plugins\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/plugin_section?post=62612"},{"taxonomy":"plugin_tags","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/wordpress.org\/plugins\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/plugin_tags?post=62612"},{"taxonomy":"plugin_category","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/wordpress.org\/plugins\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/plugin_category?post=62612"},{"taxonomy":"plugin_contributors","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/wordpress.org\/plugins\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/plugin_contributors?post=62612"},{"taxonomy":"plugin_business_model","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/wordpress.org\/plugins\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/plugin_business_model?post=62612"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
