It is a deception aimed at a text probably invented by the program. Someone who uses such a matrix will be amazed at the consistency of about yet composed entirely by random assembly of pieces of sentences. How a program can create an entire speech that makes sense?<\/p>\n<p>In fact a generator of sentences that does create the illusion of meaning.
