Copies content from one site to another based on the URL. Uses the ClearRead API. You can select the post type, publish status, category, author, and set original publish date.<\/p>\n\n\n

  1. Upload URL Cloner<\/code> to the \/wp-content\/plugins\/<\/code> directory.<\/li>\n
  2. Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress.<\/li>\n

    The ClearRead API can be fickle at times. If there is an error, the response message gives you clear instructions on how to fix it.<\/p><\/dd>\n

    Currently, no. I plan on adding this feature at some point.<\/p><\/dd>\n

    This was built to handle those very difficult migrations from older CMS systems (or static HTML sites). This was NOT meant to enable wholesale theft of content.<\/p><\/dd>\n
