Event Calendar v1 allows you to insert an online calendar to your website and add events from your admin page.<\/p>\n

2 Different ways to add the calendar on your website, 1) Simply drag and drop the widget button 'Event Calendar' in your sidebar. -> Appearance<\/strong> -> Widgets<\/strong>\n2) Add the shortcode [event_calendar]<\/strong> in the HTML Editor of your post or page to display the event calendar.<\/p>\n\n\n

  1. Upload eventcalendar.zip<\/code> from the plugin panel or unzip the file and upload the folder eventcalendar<\/code> to the \/wp-content\/plugins\/<\/code> directory<\/li>\n
  2. Activate the eventcalendar plugin through the Plugins<\/code> panel in WordPress.<\/li>\n
  3. Visit Appearance<\/strong> -> Widgets<\/strong> and simply drag and drop the event calendar button in your sidebar.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    If you get any errors or it does not work, check the eventcalendar<\/code> plugin folder permissions. They should be 755.
