A new todo style notes area utilizing the dom ajax and jQuery.<\/p>\n\n

Here's a link to WordPress<\/a> and one to Markdown's Syntax Documentation<\/a>.\nTitles are optional, naturally.<\/p>\n\n

Markdown uses email style notation for blockquotes and I've been told:<\/p>\n\n

Asterisks for emphasis<\/em>. Double it up for strong<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n

  1. Upload the adminnotes<\/code> directory and included files, as is, to the \/wp-content\/plugins\/<\/code> directory -NOTE - The folder uploaded to your plugins directory MUST be named 'adminnotes' - if it is named 'adminnotes-ajax-jquery' - then Rename it to 'adminnotes'.<\/p><\/li>\n

  2. Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress Plugins page<\/p><\/li>\n

  3. That's it. On each page in the Admin Area you will find a blue rectangle labeled \"Toggle Notes\". Click to activate opening\/closing.<\/p><\/li>\n

  4. Type notes in the text area and click \"Save Notes\" - notes are saved to the database.<\/p><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n

    5.To notify user if there \"are\" open notes (without toggling note area open) - a \"Red Asterisk\" displays next to the BLUE \"Toggle Notes\" heading. When there are no notes to display the \"Red Asterisk\" does not display. A default demo note is installed with the plugin.<\/p>\n\n

    6.To Delete notes - Check single or multiple check boxes for choice of notes to delete - then click the \"Delete Checked Note\" button to delete. ( This is a Permanent delete ).<\/p>\n\n

    1. The Notes Area is always available on any Admin page.<\/p><\/li>\n

    2. When moving between admin pages\/sections or refreshing browser - the Notes Area toggles closed.<\/p><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n
