Guests type or talk, in any language, and get answers from your own information: check-in times, parking, pets, breakfast, directions and more. When a guest asks about dates, the concierge checks your own booking site and sends a booking link with the dates filled in. Anything it can't answer goes to your team on WhatsApp.<\/p>\n\n<p>You need a hotelsbot.ai account and hotel ID: see https:\/\/hotelsbot.ai. hotelsbot.ai is a service of Gabman Investments Ltd.<\/p>\n\n<h4>External service<\/h4>\n\n<p>This plugin loads the hotelsbot.ai chat script from https:\/\/chat.hotelsbot.ai on the public pages of your site once a hotel ID is set. Messages and voice that a visitor sends in the chat go to hotelsbot.ai to be answered (voice is processed by ElevenLabs, answers by OpenAI, availability is read from your own booking site).
