We charge the card on your Toolbox POD account for the base cost; you keep the difference.<\/li>\n<li>Tracking numbers are added to the order when it ships, and your customers see them in My Account and in their order emails.<\/li>\n<li>At checkout, Toolbox POD products ship as their own package with one \"Standard shipping\" rate: our shipping cost, free, or our cost plus an amount you choose. Toolbox POD is required: the plugin does nothing on its own. Until you click \"Connect to Toolbox POD\", the plugin contacts no outside server.<\/p>\n\n<ul>\n<li>When you click \"Connect to Toolbox POD\", your browser opens toolboxpod.com with your store's address, then WooCommerce's approval screen. If you approve, WooCommerce sends Toolbox POD an API key for your store.<\/li>\n<li>With that key, Toolbox POD's servers create and update the products you publish, read orders that contain those products (customer name, shipping address, email and phone if given, and the items), add tracking to them, and set up WooCommerce webhooks. Those webhooks send every new or changed order and every product change in your store to toolboxpod.com; Toolbox POD acts only on its own products and the orders that contain them.<\/li>\n<li>Once connected, the Toolbox POD screen in your dashboard calls toolboxpod.com with the store token Toolbox POD issued at connect: to load your account, order counts and recent orders, to load and save your order settings, to load the shipping price, and when you click a fix on the Status tab or Disconnect (with your choice for the published products). These requests carry your store's address.<\/li>\n<li>Once connected, when a customer's cart holds Toolbox POD products, your store loads the shipping price from toolboxpod.com with the store token, at most once an hour (after a failed try, not again for 5 minutes). That request carries your store's address and no customer data.<\/li>\n<li>Once connected, the Status tab checks at most once an hour that your store can reach https:\/\/toolboxpod.com\/api\/health. That request sends no store data.<\/li>\n<li>When you delete the plugin while it is connected, it tells toolboxpod.com once, with the store token, so Toolbox POD disconnects your store and sets the products it published to draft. The plugin connects your store to Toolbox POD and does nothing on its own. It works with orders stored in HPOS or in WordPress posts, and with both the checkout block and the classic checkout.<\/p><\/dd>\n<dt id=\"can%20i%20use%20it%20next%20to%20another%20print-on-demand%20plugin%3F\"><h3>Can I use it next to another print-on-demand plugin?<\/h3><\/dt>\n<dd><p>Yes, but each product should be fulfilled by only one service, or an order may be printed twice. The Status tab lists the other print-on-demand plugins it finds active.<\/p><\/dd>\n<dt id=\"how%20do%20i%20disconnect%3F\"><h3>How do I disconnect?<\/h3><\/dt>\n<dd><p>Go to WooCommerce \u2192 Toolbox POD \u2192 Settings and click Disconnect, disconnect in Toolbox POD, or revoke the \"Toolbox POD\" key under WooCommerce \u2192 Settings \u2192 Advanced \u2192 REST API. When you disconnect from the plugin or from Toolbox POD, you choose what happens to the products Toolbox POD published: set them to draft (the default), keep them as they are, or move them to the trash. Publishing the same design again later takes a drafted or kept product back over instead of making a second one.<\/p><\/dd>\n<dt id=\"what%20happens%20when%20i%20delete%20the%20plugin%3F\"><h3>What happens when I delete the plugin?<\/h3><\/dt>\n<dd><p>If the store is still connected, the plugin first tells Toolbox POD, which disconnects the store and sets the products it published to draft. Then it deletes the \"Toolbox POD\" API keys, its settings and its \"Toolbox POD shipping\" methods. Your products and orders stay in your store.<\/p><\/dd>\n<dt id=\"something%20isn%27t%20working.%20where%20do%20i%20look%3F\"><h3>Something isn't working.
