Translation can start after a visitor selects a language, when a previously selected language is restored, or through browser-language detection if the administrator enables it (disabled by default).<\/li>\n<li>Data sent: the text content of the page being translated and standard request data (such as IP address) as with any web request to Google.<\/li>\n<li>Browser localStorage key <code>lingoswa_auto<\/code> records whether automatic detection has been attempted.<\/li>\n<li>A cookie named <code>googtrans<\/code> is set in the visitor's browser to remember the chosen language.<\/li>\n<li>Service provider: Google LLC.
