Like a sales assistant in a shop, she:<\/p>\n\n<ul>\n<li>advises your visitors based on your real products, prices, sizes and promotions;<\/li>\n<li>answers by voice (natural voice) or in writing, in French, English, Dutch and more;<\/li>\n<li>shows the product where it is on your site and highlights it, then opens its product page if the customer asks;<\/li>\n<li>adds products to your store's real cart;<\/li>\n<li>answers questions about delivery and returns from your own pages, without making anything up, and remembers the answers you give her;<\/li>\n<li>offers your customers to write to you when a question is for you.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Nothing to set up: Myra reads your WooCommerce catalog and your pages on her own. She never appears on checkout, order or customer account pages.<\/p>\n\n<p>Free to start (no credit card), then paid plans based on the number of conversations.<\/p>\n\n<p>HeyMyra is made in Belgium and Myra speaks French first.<\/p>\n\n<h3>External services<\/h3>\n\n<p>This plugin adds to your site the script of Myra, an online service (SaaS) provided by HeyMyra (heymyra.be), which runs the assistant.<\/p>\n\n<ul>\n<li>What is sent to Myra: when a visitor opens Myra and writes or talks to her, their messages, the page they are on, the content of their cart and your store's public catalog are sent to Myra's servers to produce the answer. By voice, the audio goes through Myra's voice provider (ElevenLabs) and is not recorded.
