Every time a visitor submits a form, the data is sent to the Aurora CRM lead API and a new lead is created (or updated, if the link is configured to do so).

Supported form plugins

Contact Form 7

WPForms

Gravity Forms

Elementor Pro Forms

Fluent Forms

Ninja Forms

Any custom form, through a developer hook

Features

Mapping built from the JSON example. Paste the example body of the API and the plugin creates one mapping row for every field, nested ones included (for example
customFields.*
), and infers its type.

Automatic field detection. The fields of the selected form are listed and common names (first name, last name, email, phone, postal code…) are matched automatically.

Flexible values. Each JSON field can take the value of a form field (
{email}
), a combination of fields (
{first_name} {last_name}
) or a fixed value, which is handy for
channel
and
category
.

Type conversion. Numbers (e.g. "€ 12.500,00" becomes 12500), yes/no values and dates, always sent in the format
2025-09-16T00:00:00.000Z
.

Secure token. The token of your lead link is added automatically and stays on the server: it is never exposed to visitors.

Several connections. A form can send to several endpoints, and a connection can cover several forms.

Log and debug mode. The last 200 submissions are logged with payload and API response. In debug mode the payload is logged without calling the API, so you can test the mapping without creating leads.

Error emails. Optionally receive an email when the API returns an error.

Safe by design. Data is sent after the form plugin has validated the submission (spam check included), and an API error never blocks the form or its emails.

External services

This plugin connects to the Aurora CRM API to create leads from your form submissions. Aurora CRM is the customer relationship management service of the plugin author.

When: only when a visitor submits a form that you have connected in the plugin settings, and only if the connection is active and not in debug mode.

What is sent: the token of your Aurora CRM lead link and the form fields you have mapped (for example first name, last name, email, phone, address, tax code, date of birth and any custom field). Fields that are not mapped are never sent.

Where: by default to
https://api.auroracrm.it/api/contacts/load/leads
.
