Add a CSS class to the menu item in <strong>Appearance \u2192 Menus<\/strong>, then use that class as the open selector. Set <strong>Auto-open delay (ms)<\/strong> above 0. Use 0 to disable auto-open. A delay above 0 opens the panel on each page view. Forms and add-to-cart inside the panel do not close it.
