It implements the German federal funding rules (BEG) in force since 21 July 2026:<\/p>\n\n<ul>\n<li>Heating replacement grant KfW 458: base grant, income-based bonus and climate speed bonus, including the half-yearly reductions from February 2027<\/li>\n<li>BAFA individual measures for insulation, windows and doors, with the renovation roadmap (iSFP) bonus and the doubled cost cap<\/li>\n<li>Comparison with the income tax reduction under \u00a7 35c EStG<\/li>\n<li>Notes on deadlines, cost caps and requirements (energy efficiency expert, contract with condition precedent)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Add it to any page with the shortcode <code>[foerdercheck]<\/code>. Works with the block editor, Elementor and common themes.<\/p>\n\n<p>The calculator's interface is in German, as the funding programmes only apply to buildings in Germany.<\/p>\n\n<p>Privacy friendly: the calculator runs entirely in the visitor's browser.
