SysRidge Stock Sync keeps one stock number in both places.<\/p>\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Counter sale \u2192 website:<\/strong> a sale, return or stock count in Square updates your WooCommerce stock within seconds.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Web order \u2192 Square:<\/strong> every WooCommerce stock change (orders, refunds, cancellations, edits) is sent to Square.<\/li>\n<li><strong>No double counting:<\/strong> changes are sent as adjustments, not overwrites, so a sale at the counter and a sale online at the same moment both count.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Matched by SKU:<\/strong> products and variations (sizes, colours) are matched by SKU, ignoring upper\/lower case. SKUs that don't match are listed so you can fix them.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Choose your starting point:<\/strong> copy Square's stock to WooCommerce, or WooCommerce's stock to Square, once. After that, changes flow both ways.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Safety check:<\/strong> an hourly check catches anything a notification missed, and new products are matched daily.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Clear log:<\/strong> every change is recorded in WooCommerce \u2192 Status \u2192 Logs, with where it came from.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>SysRidge Stock Sync does not process payments and does not need Square's payment plugin. If you use the WooCommerce Square plugin for payments, turn off its product and inventory sync, because two syncs at once would count every sale twice.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Need more?<\/strong> SysRidge Stock Sync syncs one Square location and is complete on its own. Sent: your Square access token, catalog item IDs, location ID and stock quantities. Sent: the one-time authorisation code and refresh token when connecting or renewing access (passed to Square, not stored), your store address and a random notification secret (stored so notifications reach your store; deleted when you disconnect).
