Connect once, everything else is managed in the FAMMRO console<\/p>\n\n<h4>What the plugin does<\/h4>\n\n<ul>\n<li>Shows the FAMMRO chat window on your website after you connect<\/li>\n<li>Applies changes from the FAMMRO console immediately, also on pages that are already open<\/li>\n<li>Hides the chat window on pages you choose, for example legal notice or checkout<\/li>\n<li>Lets the bot read WooCommerce products and orders if you switch it on, read only<\/li>\n<li>Waits for the consent of your visitors when a consent tool is used (WP Consent API, Cookiebot, CookieYes, Google Consent Mode)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h4>What the plugin does not do<\/h4>\n\n<ul>\n<li>It sends nothing before you connect<\/li>\n<li>It does not store conversations or customer data in WordPress<\/li>\n<li>It does not change your theme or your content<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h4>Requirements<\/h4>\n\n<ul>\n<li>A FAMMRO account, see <a href=\"https:\/\/fammro.com\">fammro.com<\/a><\/li>\n<li>HTTPS on your website<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3>External services<\/h3>\n\n<p>This plugin connects your website to FAMMRO, an AI customer service platform operated by FAMMRO, Am Golfplatz 45, 4225 Luftenberg, Austria. The service is needed to show the chat window and to answer your customers<\/p>\n\n<p>Data is only sent after an administrator connects the website:<\/p>\n\n<ul>\n<li>When connecting: the address of your website, the plugin version and a public key created on your website are sent to ormmaf.fammro.com. Your administrator approves the connection in the FAMMRO console on fammro.com<\/li>\n<li>On every page view with the chat window: the browser of your visitor loads the chat window from ormmaf.fammro.com. Where a consent tool is active, this happens only after consent. Messages your visitors write in the chat window are processed by FAMMRO to answer them<\/li>\n<li>When you switch on shop data: a read only WooCommerce key for products and orders is sent to FAMMRO once. FAMMRO uses it to answer questions such as the status of an order. You can switch it off at any time<\/p><\/dd>\n<dt id=\"why%20does%20connecting%20need%20https%3F\"><h3>Why does connecting need HTTPS?<\/h3><\/dt>\n<dd><p>The connection uses a one time code and a key pair.
