Orders become shipments without copying addresses by hand, and the delivery status comes back into WooCommerce.<\/p>\n\n<h4>What is Yalhem Shipping System?<\/h4>\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/shipping.yalhem.com\/\">Yalhem Shipping System<\/a> is an Arabic-first platform that local courier and last-mile delivery companies use to run their whole operation. It is made by <a href=\"https:\/\/yalhem.com\/\">Yalhem (\u064a\u0644\u0647\u0645)<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>For the courier:<\/strong> shipments, hubs, assigning orders to drivers, a driver app, cash-on-delivery collection and merchant payouts.<\/li>\n<li><strong>For merchants (stores):<\/strong> a store portal to create shipments, print labels and see money collected, plus WooCommerce and Shopify connections.<\/li>\n<li><strong>For customers:<\/strong> a live tracking page where they can follow the driver, reschedule, or send their location.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Each courier has its own account. A store using this plugin gets its API key from its courier, not from Yalhem.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Run a courier company?<\/strong> Your merchants can install this free plugin and send you their orders automatically. Contact <a href=\"https:\/\/yalhem.com\/\">Yalhem<\/a> to get your own Yalhem Shipping System account, and see the <a href=\"https:\/\/shipping.yalhem.com\/developers\">API documentation<\/a> for other integrations.<\/p>\n\n<h4>What the plugin does<\/h4>\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Shipments from orders:<\/strong> automatically when an order reaches a status you choose (Processing by default), or with a button \/ bulk action.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cash on delivery:<\/strong> orders paid with your COD methods go out with the order total for the driver to collect.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Labels:<\/strong> print the courier's label from the order screen or the orders list.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Live status:<\/strong> out for delivery, delivered, failed attempt\u2026 appear as order notes; delivered orders can be completed automatically.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Tracking for customers:<\/strong> a tracking link in the order page and emails.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Shipping price at checkout:<\/strong> a shipping method that shows the courier's price for the customer's city and the cart weight.<\/li>\n<li>City names are matched for you: \"Riyadh\", \"al-Khobar\", \"Nasr City\" and Arabic spellings all work. For cities split into districts (like Riyadh), the district is found in the address.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Works with HPOS (custom order tables) and the block checkout.<\/p>\n\n<h3>External services<\/h3>\n\n<p>This plugin sends order shipping data (customer name, phone, address, city, items, order total for cash on delivery) to the Yalhem Shipping System API of your courier\n(default https:\/\/shipping.yalhem.com) when a shipment is created or a shipping price is requested, and receives delivery updates from it.\nTerms: https:\/\/yalhem.com\/terms\/ \u00b7 Privacy: https:\/\/yalhem.com\/privacy-policy\/<\/p>\n\n<!--section=installation-->\n<ol>\n<li>Install and activate the plugin.<\/li>\n<li>Ask your courier for an API key for your store (they create it in Settings \u2192 Integrations (API)).<\/li>\n<li>WooCommerce \u2192 Settings \u2192 Shipping \u2192 Yalhem Shipping: paste the key and save.
