Create a size guide once, link it to the products that use it, and show it to shoppers with a shortcode.<\/p>\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Simple editor.<\/strong> Type the measurements as plain text, one row per line with cells separated by <code>|<\/code>, and see a live preview of the table as you type.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Several tables per guide.<\/strong> Leave a blank line to start a new table, for example tops and trousers in one guide.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Popup or inline.<\/strong> <code>[sizy_size_chart]<\/code> shows a \"Size guide\" link that opens the chart in a popup. <code>[sizy_size_chart_table]<\/code> shows the chart directly on the page.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Text around the table.<\/strong> Add default text before and after every chart (how to measure, returns policy), or set custom text per size guide.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Easy assignment.<\/strong> Pick a size guide in the product's sidebar, or paste a list of SKUs into the size guide to link many products at once.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Your look.<\/strong> Change the link text, popup title, icon (built-in ruler, your own SVG or none), font sizes and table colours.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Accessible and light.<\/strong> The popup uses the browser's native <code>&lt;dialog&gt;<\/code>: Esc closes it and keyboard focus stays inside. CSS loads only on pages that show a chart, and JavaScript only where there's a popup. Wide tables scroll sideways with the size column pinned.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Variations use their parent product's size guide. The first cell of every row is the row label.<\/li>\n<li>A blank line starts a new table.<\/li>\n<li>A line without any <code>|<\/code> (\"Trousers\" above) becomes that table's title.<\/li>\n<li>Short rows are padded, and fully empty rows and columns are dropped.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h4>Shortcodes<\/h4>\n\n<ul>\n<li><code>[sizy_size_chart]<\/code>: a link that opens the size guide in a popup. Attributes: <code>label<\/code> (link text), <code>title<\/code> (popup heading), <code>product_id<\/code>.<\/li>\n<li><p><code>[sizy_size_chart_table]<\/code>: the size guide directly on the page. Attributes: <code>title<\/code> (optional heading), <code>product_id<\/code>.<\/p>\n\n<p>product_id defaults to the current product. If the product has no size guide, both shortcodes output nothing, so they're safe to use in a template shared by every product. Sizy doesn't add anything to your pages by itself, so it works with any theme or page builder.<\/p><\/dd>\n<dt id=\"can%20variations%20have%20their%20own%20size%20guide%3F\"><h3>Can variations have their own size guide?<\/h3><\/dt>\n<dd><p>No. Variations use the size guide of their parent product. Link the parent (or simple) product's SKU.<\/p><\/dd>\n<dt id=\"what%20happens%20to%20products%20when%20i%20delete%20a%20size%20guide%3F\"><h3>What happens to products when I delete a size guide?<\/h3><\/dt>\n<dd><p>Moving a size guide to the bin hides it on the store. Deleting it permanently removes it from every product that used it.<\/p><\/dd>\n<dt id=\"is%20my%20data%20removed%20when%20i%20delete%20the%20plugin%3F\"><h3>Is my data removed when I delete the plugin?<\/h3><\/dt>\n<dd><p>No. Size guides are kept so a reinstall picks them up again.
