Anakalice\nis payment orchestration software; it is not a bank and does not hold customer funds.<\/p>\n\n<h3>Configuration<\/h3>\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Mode:<\/strong> Test or Live.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Anakalice API base:<\/strong> https:\/\/api.anakalice.com (leave as default unless told\notherwise).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Anakalice secret key:<\/strong> your <code>sk_test_...<\/code> or <code>sk_live_...<\/code> key. Used\nserver-side only; never sent to the browser.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Webhook signing secret:<\/strong> the <code>whsec_...<\/code> value from your Anakalice webhook\nendpoint. Required to verify incoming webhooks.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>A live store must be served over HTTPS so the payer can be returned securely after\ncheckout.<\/p>\n\n<h3>Security<\/h3>\n\n<ul>\n<li>Secret keys are stored in WooCommerce settings and used only server-side; they are\nnever sent to the browser.<\/li>\n<li>Webhooks are verified by HMAC signature over the exact raw body before any state\nchange; failures return HTTP 400 and are retried by Anakalice.<\/li>\n<li>The plugin logs via the WooCommerce logger and never logs secret values.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3>External services<\/h3>\n\n<p>This plugin connects to the Anakalice API to process payments. Anakalice is a\npayment orchestration service operated by Anakalice Digital: your store sends a\npayment request to Anakalice, and Anakalice routes it to a licensed provider\n(such as your connected provider), then returns a signed result to your\nstore. Card data never touches\nyour store, and the plugin never stores provider credentials.<\/p><\/dd>\n<dt id=\"do%20i%20need%20my%20own%20provider%20account%3F\"><h3>Do I need my own provider account?<\/h3><\/dt>\n<dd><p>Your providers are connected inside your Anakalice dashboard, not in this plugin.\nThe plugin only needs your Anakalice keys.<\/p><\/dd>\n<dt id=\"orders%20stay%20%22pending%22%20after%20payment.%20what%20is%20wrong%3F\"><h3>Orders stay \"pending\" after payment. What is wrong?<\/h3><\/dt>\n<dd><p>Confirm the Anakalice webhook endpoint URL and that payment.success is subscribed,\nand that the signing secret in the plugin matches the one on the endpoint.
