Never miss a lead or an order because an email landed in spam.<\/p>\n\n<p>After activation, open <strong>Settings \u2192 Lead Informer<\/strong> to connect your bot.<\/p>\n\n<p>Supported form plugins:<\/p>\n\n<ul>\n<li>Elementor Pro (Form widget)<\/li>\n<li>Contact Form 7<\/li>\n<li>WPForms (Lite and Pro)<\/li>\n<li>Gravity Forms<\/li>\n<li>Fluent Forms<\/li>\n<li>WooCommerce (orders)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>WooCommerce orders:<\/p>\n\n<ul>\n<li>Works with any checkout \u2013 classic, block checkout, orders created in admin, via REST API or by other plugins \u2013 and with any payment method.<\/li>\n<li>One message per order \u2013 the first time it reaches any selected status (default: \"Processing\", \"On hold\", \"Completed\"). Orders created before activation are ignored.<\/li>\n<li>Choose what the message contains: customer, phone, email, billing and shipping address, products, shipping and payment method, customer note, link to the order in admin. The request contains the bot token and chat ID you configured, the form name, the submitted field values and the page URL; for orders \u2013 the order number, total, status and the order details you selected in the settings (which may include the customer's name, phone, email and addresses). Nothing is sent until you enter a bot token and chat ID.<\/p>\n\n<p>The service is provided by Telegram: <a href=\"https:\/\/telegram.org\/tos\">Terms of Service<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/telegram.org\/tos\/bot-developers\">Bot API Terms<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/telegram.org\/privacy\">Privacy Policy<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n<!--section=installation-->\n<ol>\n<li>Install the plugin from the plugin directory or via Plugins \u2192 Add New \u2192 Upload Plugin, and activate it.<\/li>\n<li>Create a bot with @BotFather (<code>\/newbot<\/code>) and copy its token.<\/li>\n<li>Each recipient opens the bot and presses \/start.<\/li>\n<li>Go to Settings \u2192 Lead Informer, enter the token and chat IDs, save and click \"Send test\".<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<!--section=faq-->\n<dl>\n<dt id=\"how%20do%20i%20find%20my%20chat%20id%3F\"><h3>How do I find my chat ID?<\/h3><\/dt>\n<dd><p>Message @userinfobot in Telegram \u2013 it replies with your numeric ID.<\/p><\/dd>\n<dt id=\"how%20do%20i%20send%20notifications%20to%20a%20group%3F\"><h3>How do I send notifications to a group?<\/h3><\/dt>\n<dd><p>Add the bot to the group, post any message there and open <code>https:\/\/api.telegram.org\/bot&lt;TOKEN&gt;\/getUpdates<\/code>. The group ID is in <code>\"chat\":{\"id\":-100\u2026}<\/code> and starts with a minus.<\/p><\/dd>\n<dt id=\"i%20get%20%22chat%20not%20found%22.\"><h3>I get \"chat not found\".<\/h3><\/dt>\n<dd><p>The recipient has not pressed \/start in the bot, or the ID is wrong.<\/p><\/dd>\n<dt id=\"does%20it%20work%20with%20the%20free%20elementor%3F\"><h3>Does it work with the free Elementor?<\/h3><\/dt>\n<dd><p>Yes, if your forms are built with Contact Form 7, WPForms or Fluent Forms (free versions are enough) or Gravity Forms (commercial). Native Elementor forms work only with Elementor Pro \u2013 the Form widget is part of Pro.<\/p><\/dd>\n<dt id=\"will%20i%20get%20a%20message%20when%20an%20order%20is%20paid%20later%20%28bank%20transfer%2C%20online%20payment%29%3F\"><h3>Will I get a message when an order is paid later (bank transfer, online payment)?<\/h3><\/dt>\n<dd><p>Yes. Notifications follow the order status, not the checkout page. With the default statuses you get one message when the order is paid or confirmed (or placed with bank transfer \/ cash on delivery). Select \"Pending payment\" to be notified as soon as the order is placed, even before payment.<\/p><\/dd>\n<dt id=\"are%20submissions%20stored%20by%20the%20plugin%3F\"><h3>Are submissions stored by the plugin?<\/h3><\/dt>\n<dd><p>No. The plugin stores only its settings and the last delivery error.
