AntarEase has no sandbox: every shipment you create is a real order.<\/p>\n\n<h3>External services<\/h3>\n\n<p>This plugin connects to the AntarEase API (<code>https:\/\/app.antarease.my\/api\/v1<\/code>), operated by AntarEase, to provide its core functions. Nothing is sent until you save an API token.<\/p>\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Area search<\/strong> (<code>\/kawasan<\/code>) \u2014 the text typed in the City \/ Postcode field at checkout or in the admin, to find the delivery area.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Shipping rates<\/strong> (<code>\/kadar<\/code>) \u2014 origin and destination area IDs, parcel weight, item value and payment type, whenever WooCommerce calculates shipping or you use the calculator.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Create shipment<\/strong> (<code>\/penghantaran<\/code>) \u2014 when the admin clicks \"Create shipment\": sender and receiver name, phone, address and postcode, item names, quantities, weights and prices, payment type and COD amount, and the order note.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Status, tracking and cancel<\/strong> (<code>\/penghantaran\/{uid}<\/code>, <code>\/penjejakan<\/code>, <code>\/batal<\/code>) \u2014 the shipment ID, when the admin or the scheduled status check requests it, or when a buyer opens their order or cancels it.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Balance<\/strong> (<code>\/baki<\/code>) \u2014 when the admin opens the API key settings tab.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>No request is made until an API token is saved in the settings. Requests are authenticated with your API token. Public requests (area search, shipping calculator) are rate limited per visitor and outgoing calls are capped at 100 per minute. The \"last rate calculation\" row shows the exact reason (area not found, no store serving the area, API error). Most often the AntarEase method has not been added to a shipping zone.<\/p><\/dd>\n<dt id=\"which%20phone%20numbers%20are%20accepted%3F\"><h3>Which phone numbers are accepted?<\/h3><\/dt>\n<dd><p>Malaysian numbers only: mobile 01x (e.g. 012-345 6789) or landline 03\u201309. <code>+60<\/code> numbers are converted to the local format automatically.<\/p><\/dd>\n<dt id=\"can%20buyers%20cancel%3F\"><h3>Can buyers cancel?<\/h3><\/dt>\n<dd><p>Yes, from My Account, as long as the parcel has not been picked up. Refunds of payments already made are handled by the store as usual.<\/p><\/dd>\n<dt id=\"is%20there%20a%20test%20mode%3F\"><h3>Is there a test mode?<\/h3><\/dt>\n<dd><p>No. AntarEase only has a production environment.
