No exports, no copy and paste.

One row per order: number, date, status, total, refunded amount, currency, items, payment method, customer, note, and a link back to the order.

Connect Notion in one click, or paste an Airtable personal access token.

Rowly creates the table for you, with every column ready, then brings in your 100 most recent orders.

Your data stays yours: the table lives in your workspace, and turning off customer details keeps names and emails out of it.

Free for 50 new orders a month. Orders already in your table keep updating after that. The same Rowly is available for Shopify, Wix, BigCommerce, Stripe and Jira.

External services

This plugin connects your store to Rowly, a service run by LMB Technology at https://rowly-commerce.fly.dev, which writes your orders into Notion or Airtable. Nothing is sent until you press "Connect this store to Rowly" on the plugin's page.

When you connect the store, it sends the store's address, name and the plugin version, and receives an id and a secret that sign everything after that.

When an order is created or changes, it sends that order's number, date, status, total, refunded amount, currency, item names and quantities, payment method name, customer note, the link to the order in your admin, and the customer's name and email. Addresses, phone numbers and card details are never sent. You can turn customer name and email off on the plugin's page.

When you press "Add recent orders", it sends the same details for your most recent orders.

When you use the plugin's page, it sends your choices (where the table goes, your settings) and the Airtable token or Notion secret you paste, if you choose that instead of Connect Notion.

When you disconnect or delete the plugin, it tells Rowly, which deletes the store's tokens.

Rowly then writes the orders to Notion (https://www.notion.com, terms: https://www.notion.com/notion/terms, privacy: https://www.notion.com/notion/privacy-policy) or Airtable (https://airtable.com, terms: https://www.airtable.com/company/tos, privacy: https://www.airtable.com/company/privacy), whichever you connect. "Connect Notion" opens Notion's own approval screen through lmbtechnology.com, which holds Rowly's Notion app credentials.

Rowly's terms of use: https://lmbtechnology.com/rowly/terms
Rowly's privacy policy: https://lmbtechnology.com/rowly/woocommerce/privacy

Rowly Pro is billed by LMB Technology through Stripe (https://stripe.com/privacy) on lmbtechnology.com.
