Turn the information you already have into a tree-work discussion brief. Four numbered stages guide you through the work to discuss, site and access notes, a preparation checklist, and a copy you can keep.<\/p>\n\n

Start with the trees or stumps involved and the result you have in mind. Add known access, parking and nearby-feature details; leave optional information blank when unsure. The checklist prompts you to gather existing reports, permit documents and photos, and prepare questions about permissions, cleanup and stump work.<\/p>\n\n

Review the brief, then download a plain-text copy or print it to share yourself. No quote request is sent. The tool has no account, API, analytics, cookies, lead capture or visitor-data storage. Notes stay in the current page and are lost when you leave or reload unless you download them.<\/p>\n\n

A qualified provider must assess the proposed work and confirm requirements. The brief does not diagnose trees, establish permission, assess risk or provide DIY cutting instructions. Use information you already have; it does not ask you to inspect a tree or enter an inaccessible area.<\/p>\n\n

    Can one brief cover several trees?<\/h3><\/dt>\n

    Yes. Enter a whole-number count from 1 to 100 and use identifying notes to describe the trees or stumps involved. One brief has one set of scope and site notes; it does not create a separate assessment for each tree. Add another block or shortcode instance when you need a separate brief.<\/p><\/dd>\n

    Does the checklist confirm permission to do the work?<\/h3><\/dt>\n

    No. A tick records information you have gathered or a question you have prepared. Existing permit documents can inform the discussion, but the tool does not verify them or establish that work is permitted. Ask the provider who will confirm permissions and work requirements.<\/p><\/dd>\n

    Can I attach photos or reports?<\/h3><\/dt>\n

    No files are uploaded or attached. The checklist reminds you to gather existing photos, reports and permit documents to share separately with the provider. It does not ask you to take new photos or inspect a tree.<\/p><\/dd>\n

    How do I share or keep my brief?<\/h3><\/dt>\n

    Use Download brief (.txt) or Print brief, then share the copy yourself. Nothing is automatically sent to Bendigo Tree Removal or any other provider. Downloaded notes include the preparation checklist and the tool's limits.<\/p><\/dd>\n

    Does it save my notes, and what does Clear brief do?<\/h3><\/dt>\n

    Notes are held only in the current page. Leaving or reloading loses them. Clear brief returns that instance's fields and checklist to their initial values; it does not remove copies you have already downloaded or printed. Download any notes you want to keep before clearing them.<\/p><\/dd>\n

    Can I change the heading?<\/h3><\/dt>\n

    Is multisite supported?<\/h3><\/dt>\n
