You need a\nfree Bozor Bot account to use it \u2014 see \"External services\" below for exactly\nwhat is sent and when.<\/p>\n\n<h4>What the plugin does<\/h4>\n\n<ol>\n<li>Lets Bozor Bot read your published products, pages and posts over a signed,\nauthenticated connection.<\/li>\n<li>Adds the chat widget to your site. No theme editing, no script tags to paste.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<h4>Features<\/h4>\n\n<ul>\n<li>Product recommendations with prices and stock taken from your catalogue,\nnever written by the AI.<\/li>\n<li>Answers about delivery, returns, warranty and payment from your own pages.<\/li>\n<li>A list of questions it could not answer, so you can fill the gaps.<\/li>\n<li>Conversation transcripts and analytics in your dashboard.<\/li>\n<li>Replies in the language the shopper writes in; the widget interface is\navailable in English and Russian.<\/li>\n<li>A small widget (under 15 KB) loaded asynchronously, so it does not slow your\npages down.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h4>Plans<\/h4>\n\n<p>There is a free plan with no card required. Paid plans with higher limits are\nlisted at <a href=\"https:\/\/bozor-bot.com\/#pricing\">bozor-bot.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n<h4>Security<\/h4>\n\n<ul>\n<li>Requests between your site and Bozor Bot are signed with HMAC-SHA256 and\ncover the method, path, timestamp, a single-use nonce and the body, so a\ncaptured request cannot be replayed or altered.<\/li>\n<li>The shared secret stays in your database and is never sent to the browser.\nOnly the public site key appears in page source.<\/li>\n<li>Only published content is shared. Drafts, private posts, orders and customer\ndata are never read.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3>External services<\/h3>\n\n<p>This plugin connects to <strong>Bozor Bot<\/strong>, a hosted AI shopping-assistant service\noperated by the plugin author. The plugin does nothing useful without it.<\/p>\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Service:<\/strong> Bozor Bot \u2014 https:\/\/bozor-bot.com<\/li>\n<li><strong>Terms of Service:<\/strong> https:\/\/bozor-bot.com\/terms.html<\/li>\n<li><strong>Privacy Policy:<\/strong> https:\/\/bozor-bot.com\/privacy.html<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>What is sent, and when:<\/p>\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>When you connect the site<\/strong> (Settings &gt; Bozor Bot &gt; Connect): the pairing\ncode you enter and your site's home URL are sent to <code>api.bozor-bot.com<\/code>. The\nservice returns this site's credentials, which are stored in your database.<\/li>\n<li><strong>When you open Settings &gt; Bozor Bot<\/strong> on a connected site: a signed request\nto <code>api.bozor-bot.com<\/code> checks the connection still works. It carries no\ncontent.<\/li>\n<li><strong>When Bozor Bot syncs your store:<\/strong> the service calls this site's\n  \/wp-json\/bozorbot\/v1\/export endpoint, which returns published products\n(name, link, SKU, price, currency, stock status, description, image URL,\ncategories, attributes) and published pages and posts (title, link, text).\nEvery request must carry a valid signature; anything else is refused.<\/li>\n<li><strong>On every front-end page, while the widget is enabled:<\/strong> the visitor's\nbrowser loads the chat widget script from Bozor Bot's servers, along with\nthis site's public key and locale.<\/li>\n<li><strong>When a visitor uses the chat:<\/strong> their message, the page they are on, their\nbrowser language and a random identifier generated in their browser are sent\nfrom their browser to <code>api.bozor-bot.com<\/code> to produce an answer. Conversations\nare stored so you can review them, for as long as you choose in your\ndashboard. No cookies are set and IP addresses are not stored against\nconversations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>The plugin adds suggested wording for your own privacy policy under\nSettings &gt; Privacy &gt; Policy Guide, which you can copy into your policy.<\/p>\n\n<!--section=installation-->\n<ol>\n<li>Install the plugin from Plugins &gt; Add New, or upload it, and activate it.<\/li>\n<li>Create a free account at <a href=\"https:\/\/app.bozor-bot.com\/register\">app.bozor-bot.com<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>In the dashboard, add your site and copy the pairing code.<\/li>\n<li>In WordPress, go to Settings &gt; Bozor Bot, paste the code and click Connect.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<p>The first sync starts straight away. Without WooCommerce the assistant answers from your pages and posts;\nproduct recommendations need WooCommerce.<\/p><\/dd>\n<dt id=\"will%20the%20ai%20make%20up%20prices%3F\"><h3>Will the AI make up prices?<\/h3><\/dt>\n<dd><p>No. Prices and stock shown in product cards are taken from your catalogue, not\nwritten by the AI. The assistant answers from your content and says so when it\ncannot find an answer.<\/p><\/dd>\n<dt id=\"what%20happens%20if%20i%20deactivate%20the%20plugin%3F\"><h3>What happens if I deactivate the plugin?<\/h3><\/dt>\n<dd><p>The widget disappears from your site. Your connection details are kept so that\nreactivating does not require pairing again.
