Zainly Writer<\/strong> helps publishers and store owners write excerpts, SEO descriptions, product descriptions and complete blog posts one item at a time or in bulk. The plugin is completely free and uses the AI Client built into WordPress 7.0, so you connect your AI provider once under Settings > Connectors. The plugin never stores an API key.<\/p>\n\n

  • Editor panel<\/strong>: open any post or product and use the Zainly Writer panel. It has three tabs: Excerpt (or Description for products), Blog post, and Chat. Pick a length, press one button, review the text, then use it as the excerpt, add it to the post or save it as the SEO description. It works in the block editor and the classic editor, and shows a word and character count with a hint for search-result length.<\/li>\n
  • Blog Writer (up to 1,500 words)<\/strong>: four easy steps - brief, outline, writing, finish. The article is written section by section with live progress. Rename, reorder or remove sections, rewrite any part, then add it to your post or create a draft.<\/li>\n
  • Posts and WooCommerce products<\/strong>: products get a sales-focused prompt using the price, categories, tags and attributes (the AI is told not to invent anything else). WooCommerce is optional.<\/li>\n
  • AI chat<\/strong>: ask questions, brainstorm titles or request text, from the plugin screen or from the editor where the AI can see what you are writing.<\/li>\n
  • Bulk generation<\/strong>: fill in missing descriptions for existing posts and products with live progress.<\/li>\n
  • Automatic generation<\/strong> on publish or update, in the background so saving is never slowed down.<\/li>\n
  • SEO plugin sync<\/strong> with Yoast SEO, Rank Math and SEOPress. Descriptions you wrote by hand are not overwritten automatically.<\/li>\n

    External Services<\/h3>\n\n

    This plugin does not contact any AI service by itself and does not store any API key. Every AI request goes through the AI Client that is part of WordPress 7.0 and newer. The site owner chooses and configures the AI provider (for example OpenAI, Anthropic or Google) under Settings > Connectors, and the request is sent to that provider. Nothing is sent until a provider is connected and you use a feature (excerpt, blog writer, bulk generation, automatic generation or chat).<\/p>\n\n

    Data sent to the connected provider: the title and the first part of the content (up to about 3,000 characters by default) of the post or product being processed; for products also the price, SKU, categories, tags and attributes; any extra instructions you type; the blog brief you fill in; and the messages you type in the AI chat (plus the current title and content if you leave \"Let the AI see this item\" ticked). The site name is included in the chat instructions.<\/p>\n\n

    The terms of use and privacy policy of the provider you connect apply to this data. Please read them on the provider's website.<\/p>\n\n\n

    1. Upload the zainly-writer<\/code> folder to \/wp-content\/plugins\/<\/code>, or install the zip from Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin.<\/li>\n
    2. Activate the plugin.<\/li>\n
    3. Go to Settings > Connectors and connect an AI provider. Then open Zainly Writer<\/strong> in the admin menu and press \"Test connection\".<\/li>\n
    4. In Settings > Content, choose where it works (Posts, WooCommerce Products).<\/li>\n
    5. Open a post or product and use the Zainly Writer panel (the icon in the top bar of the block editor, or the box under the content in the classic editor).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n

      Which AI provider does it use?<\/h3><\/dt>\n

      The one you connect under Settings > Connectors in WordPress 7.0 or newer. You pay that provider directly for what you use.<\/p><\/dd>\n

      Is the plugin free?<\/h3><\/dt>\n

      Yes. There is no license and no article limit. You only pay your own AI provider for the usage.<\/p><\/dd>\n

      Does it overwrite existing excerpts or SEO descriptions?<\/h3><\/dt>\n

      Not by default. Automatic runs only fill items without a description unless you enable \"recreate\". SEO descriptions you wrote yourself are never overwritten automatically. In the bulk tool you choose \"Only items missing descriptions\" or \"All published items (overwrite)\".<\/p><\/dd>\n

      Where does a WooCommerce product description go?<\/h3><\/dt>\n

      By default to the product short description (the excerpt). In Settings you can send it to the long description or both.<\/p><\/dd>\n

      Can it write in Urdu or another language?<\/h3><\/dt>\n

      Yes. Set an Output Language in Settings, or leave it empty to match the language of the post.<\/p><\/dd>\n

      What is removed when I delete the plugin?<\/h3><\/dt>\n
