Orders paid offline (bank transfer, cheque) are issued once you mark them as Processing or Completed.<\/p><\/dd>\n<dt id=\"are%20taxes%20charged%20on%20gift%20cards%3F\"><h3>Are taxes charged on gift cards?<\/h3><\/dt>\n<dd><p>New gift card products are set to \"Tax status: None\", because in most countries taxes are due when the gift card is spent, not when it is sold. You can change the tax status of the product if your country requires it. When a gift card is redeemed it is applied after taxes, like a payment, so the taxes of the order are not reduced.<\/p><\/dd>\n<dt id=\"can%20a%20gift%20card%20be%20used%20more%20than%20once%3F\"><h3>Can a gift card be used more than once?<\/h3><\/dt>\n<dd><p>Yes.
