One optional feature links to a third-party service when a visitor chooses to use it:<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>WhatsApp (wa.me)<\/strong>: if you enter a WhatsApp number under Shoppable Reels \u2192 Settings \u2192 Ordering options, the order sheet shows an \"Order on WhatsApp\" button. When a visitor taps it, their browser opens a wa.me link containing your number and a pre-written message (product name, chosen options, quantity and product link). Nothing is sent before the visitor taps the button and nothing is sent by your server. This plugin is built for WooCommerce stores.<\/p><\/dd>\n<dt id=\"which%20video%20format%20should%20i%20use%3F\"><h3>Which video format should I use?<\/h3><\/dt>\n<dd><p>Vertical MP4 (H.264) at 1080\u00d71920 and a small file size give the best result on mobile.<\/p><\/dd>\n<dt id=\"does%20it%20track%20my%20visitors%3F\"><h3>Does it track my visitors?<\/h3><\/dt>\n<dd><p>No. Analytics only count events (views, clicks, orders). No names, emails or IP addresses are stored with the counts. To avoid counting the same tap many times, a hash made from the visitor's IP address and browser is kept for a few seconds up to one minute (in the object cache when you have one, otherwise as a short-lived transient). A small cookie (<code>ofreels_ref<\/code>, 7 days) remembers which reel or story led to an add to cart so that the order can be attributed. A visitor's likes and seen stories are kept in the browser's local storage on their own device. Suggested text is added to your site's privacy policy guide (Settings \u2192 Privacy).<\/p><\/dd>\n<dt id=\"can%20i%20turn%20off%20the%20cookie%3F\"><h3>Can I turn off the cookie?<\/h3><\/dt>\n<dd><p>Yes. If your site needs cookie consent, return <code>false<\/code> from the <code>ofreels_attribution_cookie<\/code> filter until the visitor has agreed.
