The call and WhatsApp buttons are generated by this plugin on your own site and do not contact any external service. The call button opens the visitor's phone app; the WhatsApp button opens WhatsApp (wa.me, a service of WhatsApp\/Meta) with the number you entered, only when the visitor taps it. If you paste a chat embed code, the plugin loads that chat script from Syntranova Virtual Receptionist servers (virtualreceptionist.com.ai or our automation servers; other addresses are refused). When a visitor uses the chat, the messages, the page address and a random session identifier are sent to Syntranova Virtual Receptionist so the assistant can answer; contact details the visitor types are stored as a lead for the site owner.<\/p>\n\n
