It sends data only when an order is paid or refunded, when you issue a document by hand, and when you save the settings (a test call that saves nothing).<\/p>\n\n<p>It sends: your API key, the store administrator's email, the order's billing name, company, email, phone and address, the order lines, totals, currency and payment method, and the refund amount and reason.<\/p>\n\n<p>The service is provided by Maven Business Solutions Ltd.: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.invoice-maven.co.il\/%D7%9E%D7%93%D7%99%D7%A0%D7%99%D7%95%D7%AA-%D7%AA%D7%A0%D7%90%D7%99-%D7%A9%D7%99%D7%9E%D7%95%D7%A9\/\">terms of use<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.invoice-maven.co.il\/%D7%9E%D7%93%D7%99%D7%A0%D7%99%D7%95%D7%AA-%D7%A4%D7%A8%D7%98%D7%99%D7%95%D7%AA\/\">privacy policy<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n<!--section=installation-->\n<ol>\n<li>Install and activate the plugin.<\/li>\n<li>In your Invoice Maven account, open Settings &gt; API and copy the API key.<\/li>\n<li>In WordPress, open WooCommerce &gt; Settings &gt; Invoice Maven, paste the key and save. Orders paid by bank transfer, cheque or cash on delivery always wait for \"Completed\".<\/p><\/dd>\n<dt id=\"how%20fast%20does%20the%20document%20appear%3F\"><h3>How fast does the document appear?<\/h3><\/dt>\n<dd><p>Right away: the plugin issues it at the end of the request that paid or refunded the order, after the customer's page was sent, so the checkout never waits for it.<\/p><\/dd>\n<dt id=\"what%20happens%20if%20invoice%20maven%20cannot%20be%20reached%3F\"><h3>What happens if Invoice Maven cannot be reached?<\/h3><\/dt>\n<dd><p>The plugin waits up to 15 seconds, then tries again in the background after 1 minute, 5 minutes, 30 minutes, 2 hours and 6 hours. Every attempt is recorded in the order notes. You can also issue the document by hand from the order actions.<\/p><\/dd>\n<dt id=\"can%20the%20same%20order%20get%20two%20documents%3F\"><h3>Can the same order get two documents?<\/h3><\/dt>\n<dd><p>No. Each order is sent with its own unique id, and Invoice Maven refuses a second document for the same id.<\/p><\/dd>\n<dt id=\"how%20do%20i%20get%20an%20allocation%20number%20for%20a%20business%20customer%3F\"><h3>How do I get an allocation number for a business customer?<\/h3><\/dt>\n<dd><p>WooCommerce has no field for an ID or company number.
