Anything a scan can't know (for example, where a custom post type appears on the site) is added as a yellow <strong>agency note<\/strong>. Administrators see these notes, and clients who aren't administrators don't.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>How it works<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ol>\n<li>Go to Website Manual \u2192 Manual Builder and click <strong>Scan My Website<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Review what was found and click <strong>Generate Manual<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Edit any section, hide sections, reorder them, or add your own.<\/li>\n<li>Add your agency's contact details.<\/li>\n<li>Your client opens <strong>Website Manual<\/strong> in their dashboard. They can search it and print it or save it as a PDF.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<p>Everything stays inside WordPress. There's no external service, no API key and no account.<\/p>\n\n<!--section=faq-->\n<dl>\n<dt id=\"who%20can%20see%20the%20manual%3F\"><h3>Who can see the manual?<\/h3><\/dt>\n<dd><p>Anyone who can edit posts (Editors, Authors, Administrators, Shop Managers) can read it. Only administrators can scan, generate and edit it.<\/p><\/dd>\n<dt id=\"will%20re-scanning%20overwrite%20my%20edits%3F\"><h3>Will re-scanning overwrite my edits?<\/h3><\/dt>\n<dd><p>No. Regenerating refreshes only the automatic sections you haven't edited. Edited sections and custom sections are kept. You can reset an edited section to the generated version at any time.<\/p><\/dd>\n<dt id=\"my%20client%20is%20an%20administrator%20%E2%80%94%20will%20they%20see%20the%20agency%20notes%3F\"><h3>My client is an Administrator \u2014 will they see the agency notes?<\/h3><\/dt>\n<dd><p>Yes.
