No theme editing, no snippets.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Knows who is talking.<\/strong> If the visitor is logged in to your WordPress, the agent sees their name and email instead of an anonymous visitor.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Verified identity.<\/strong> With the identification secret, the plugin signs that identity on your own server (HMAC), so the agent sees a visitor whose identity the site vouches for, not one who merely claims it. The secret never reaches the browser.<\/li>\n<li><strong>WooCommerce customers in context.<\/strong> The agent also sees how many orders the customer has placed and how much they have spent, without leaving the conversation.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Hide it from yourself.<\/strong> An option keeps the chat out of the way while you browse as an administrator.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>The plugin is free. It is requested on every page where the chat is active.<\/li>\n<li><strong>What is sent:<\/strong> the site token you configure. If the visitor is logged in to your WordPress and you enable identification, their name, email address and an identifier are sent too; with the secret configured, signed with HMAC so that the agent knows they are genuine. With WooCommerce, the number of orders and the amount spent by the customer can also be sent, so the agent sees them while answering.
