This plugin puts one of your MBX Reach signup forms on your WordPress site.

A block, "MBX Reach signup form": pick the form, the button text and whether to ask for a first name, and see the real form in the editor.

A shortcode for everywhere else:
[mbxreach form="frm_0123456789abcdef01234567" button="Subscribe" name="yes"]
, with your own form's id. In the block editor it goes in a Shortcode block; a Code block only shows the text.

A default form id under Settings → MBX Reach, so blocks and shortcodes can leave the id out, and a list of the other form ids authors may use.

The form posts to mbxreach.com, so the list it feeds and the tags it applies are whatever the form has in your MBX Reach panel. A signup that comes from another site, as the plugin's do, always confirms by email, whatever the list's double opt-in setting: the visitor sees a page asking them to check their inbox and joins when they click, so the form's own redirect and thank-you message are not shown for it. Each form also accepts a limited number of new signups an hour from other sites; past it, visitors are asked to try again later. Nothing is stored on your site except the form ids you set, and the plugin loads no script from us on your pages.

You need an MBX Reach account to use it: https://mbxreach.com/

External services

This plugin renders a form whose target is mbxreach.com, the email marketing service operated by MediaBoxEnt Technologies. When a visitor submits the form, their browser sends the email address they typed, the first name if you asked for one, and (as with any web request) their IP address and browser details to mbxreach.com, where the signup is recorded in the audience of the MBX Reach account that owns the form. Nothing is sent until the visitor presses the button; merely viewing a page with the form sends nothing to us.

Terms of Service: https://mbxreach.com/legal/terms

Privacy Policy: https://mbxreach.com/legal/privacy

© 2026 MediaBoxEnt Digital Studio LLC. MBX Reach™ is a product of MediaBoxEnt Technologies.

Install and activate the plugin.

In your MBX Reach panel, open Signup forms and copy the id of the form you want (it starts with
frm_
).

Either paste it under Settings → MBX Reach as the default, or put it in the block or the shortcode on the page.

In the block editor, add the "MBX Reach signup form" block, or a Shortcode block with the line from the form's page in your panel. A Code block shows the line as text instead of the form.

Where do I find the form id?

In your MBX Reach panel, under Signup forms, open the form: its page shows the id and the hosted address.

Can visitors confirm by email first?

They always do.
