A Kvickdesk account is required (14-day free trial, then a subscription).<\/p>\n\n<h3>External services<\/h3>\n\n<p>This plugin is a client for <strong>Kvickdesk<\/strong>, a SaaS helpdesk service operated by BohlinTech, a registered Swedish sole proprietorship (enskild firma). The plugin requires a Kvickdesk account to be useful.<\/p>\n\n<ul>\n<li>The plugin loads the widget script from <code>app.kvickdesk.se<\/code> (our own domain) on the public pages of your site, but only after you have entered your company ID on the settings page. The script request itself only exposes standard technical data (such as the visitor's IP address) to our servers, like any script load.<\/li>\n<li>When a visitor opens the support form and submits a ticket, the data the visitor entered (name, email, optional phone number, and the problem description) is sent to Kvickdesk's EU-hosted backend, in order to create the support ticket for the business the site belongs to.<\/li>\n<li>No data is sent before the visitor actively submits the form.
