It stores no message data of its own. All business\nlogic and the connection to the Meta WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API) run on\nthe Message Manager service. The plugin only talks to that service from your\nWordPress server, using a per-account API key. The API key is never exposed to the\nbrowser.<\/p>\n\n<h3>External services<\/h3>\n\n<p>This plugin connects to one external service: the <strong>Message Manager API<\/strong> at\n    https:\/\/message-manager.tr. A connection is made only after you enter an API key\non the plugin settings screen, and only while a logged-in administrator is using\nthe plugin's screens (Settings, Inbox).<\/p>\n\n<p>What is sent to Message Manager:<\/p>\n\n<ul>\n<li>Your API key, in the <code>Authorization<\/code> request header, to authenticate the request.<\/li>\n<li>When you open a conversation: the conversation identifier you selected.<\/li>\n<li>When you send a reply: the conversation identifier and the message text you typed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>What is received from Message Manager and shown in wp-admin:<\/p>\n\n<ul>\n<li>The list of your WhatsApp conversations (contact name\/number, status, unread count).<\/li>\n<li>The messages of a conversation you open (text, direction, delivery status, timestamps).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Message Manager, in turn, communicates with the Meta WhatsApp Business Platform\n(Cloud API) on your behalf to deliver and receive those messages. No data is sent\nto any other third party. The full key is shown only once.<\/p><\/dd>\n<dt id=\"is%20my%20api%20key%20safe%3F\"><h3>Is my API key safe?<\/h3><\/dt>\n<dd><p>Yes. It is stored only in your WordPress database (<code>options<\/code>), never sent to the\nbrowser, and only its SHA-256 hash is kept on the Message Manager side.
