This plugin adds a page under <em>WooCommerce \u2192 DATEV-Export<\/em> where you pick a month and download all orders of that month as one CSV file: one row per order with net amounts and tax per line item, shipping, fees, and refunds with their dates.<\/p>\n\n<p>Upload that file to the external service <a href=\"https:\/\/buchungsstapel.de\/\">buchungsstapel.de<\/a>. It produces the DATEV posting batch (an EXTF file) that a German tax advisor imports directly into DATEV Rechnungswesen:<\/p>\n\n<ul>\n<li>one posting per tax rate and order (19 %, 7 %, export, EU B2B reverse charge, OSS with destination country and rate)<\/li>\n<li>shipping follows the goods, gift card sales are booked as liabilities, refunds carry their real date<\/li>\n<li>clearing accounts per payment method (PayPal, other), SKR03 or SKR04<\/li>\n<li>a preview with totals per account and every caveat before the file goes to the accountant<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>The plugin's admin page is written in German, because DATEV bookkeeping is a German-market topic.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>What the plugin does not do<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul>\n<li>It never transmits data. The CSV is generated on your server and downloaded to your browser. Uploading it to buchungsstapel.de is a manual step you trigger yourself.<\/li>\n<li>It does not post anything and does not replace a tax advisor.<\/li>\n<li>Payment fees (PayPal, Stripe) and the customer's VAT ID are not part of WooCommerce orders and therefore not in the file.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>External service<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>The plugin links to buchungsstapel.de (Universal Exporters LLC), the service that converts the CSV into a DATEV posting batch. The service is paid (monthly subscription, 14-day free trial); the plugin works without it \u2014 the CSV opens in any spreadsheet. The plugin itself makes no remote requests. The plugin reads orders exclusively through <code>wc_get_orders()<\/code> and declares HPOS compatibility.<\/p><\/dd>\n<dt id=\"do%20i%20need%20this%20plugin%20if%20i%20already%20have%20an%20export%20plugin%3F\"><h3>Do I need this plugin if I already have an export plugin?<\/h3><\/dt>\n<dd><p>No. buchungsstapel.de also reads the CSV written by \"Order Export &amp; Order Import for WooCommerce\" (WebToffee).
