Gobuddy API \u2014 <code>https:\/\/api-v2.gobuddy.net<\/code><\/h3>\n\n<p><strong>What it is:<\/strong> The Gobuddy delivery platform. This is the service the plugin exists to connect to; the plugin does not function without it.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>When data is sent:<\/strong> When you request a delivery quote, when a WooCommerce order is synced for fulfilment, when a waybill is generated, and when delivery status is retrieved for an order.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Data sent:<\/strong> WooCommerce order ID and order status; recipient name, delivery address and contact details; collection address; parcel weight and dimensions; delivery instructions or notes; and the store credentials you enter during setup (Gobuddy Client ID and Secret ID, WooCommerce Consumer Key and Consumer Secret) for authentication.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Why it is sent:<\/strong> To price the delivery, allocate a transporter or courier, produce the waybill, and return tracking information to your Gobuddy dashboard.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Onward sharing:<\/strong> Gobuddy shares the recipient name, contact number, delivery address and parcel identifier with the courier or transporter allocated to that specific delivery, solely so the parcel can be delivered.
