You can search across all available information, search only Order Workspace fields, or choose an individual field such as Internal reference, Supplier, or Expected date.<\/p>\n\n Date searches accept useful visible and numeric formats, while Select fields can be found using their readable option labels.<\/p>\n\n Supported Workspace columns can also be sorted directly from their column headers. Dates sort chronologically, numbers numerically, text alphabetically, Select values by their configured option order, and Yes\/No fields by status.<\/p>\n\n Order Workspace can support many operational workflows without becoming a separate back-office system.<\/p>\n\n Examples include:<\/p>\n\n The fields are defined by your store and remain focused on the information your team needs to process orders.<\/p>\n\n Operational data should not disappear because a field is no longer needed.<\/p>\n\n Archiving removes a field from the active workflow while preserving its existing order values. You can restore it later, or permanently delete it through a deliberate cleanup action. Select options can also be retired without breaking historical orders that already use them.<\/p>\n\n Order Workspace uses WooCommerce order APIs and CRUD instead of depending on a specific order-table implementation.<\/p>\n\n Order Workspace fields are administrative information. This plugin does not display them to customers, add them to checkout, or include them in customer emails.<\/p>\n\n Version 1 manages fields created by Order Workspace. It is not a generic editor for arbitrary metadata from every third-party plugin.
