When order lookup is enabled, the plugin checks the real WooCommerce order data rather than asking the AI model to guess an order status.<\/p>\n\n
Customers must provide an order number and the billing email used on the order. If the order number is supplied first, the plugin temporarily keeps that order reference for the next step and requires the matching billing email before returning order details.<\/p>\n\n

The plugin does not send customer chat data to these services until an administrator configures the corresponding provider and a chat request is made.<\/p>\n\n
The plugin can store:\n* Customer chat messages and AI responses.\n* A random session identifier used to keep a conversation together.\n* Conversation intent and whether the response was resolved.\n* Diagnostic activity such as endpoint, workflow stage, HTTP status, trace ID, and diagnostic context.<\/p>\n\n
The plugin does not intentionally store a visitor IP address in its conversation or activity tables. A short-lived hashed rate-limit key may be stored by WordPress transients to prevent excessive public API requests.<\/p>\n\n
A configurable retention period removes old conversation and activity records automatically. The default is 30 days.<\/p>\n\n
The plugin integrates with the WordPress Personal Data Exporter and Personal Data Eraser. If a customer requests an export or erasure through WordPress privacy tools, conversation records containing the supplied email address can be exported or removed.<\/p>\n\n
Site owners should also review the privacy policies and data-processing terms of the selected AI provider and disclose the use of that provider in their site's privacy policy.<\/p>\n\n

Go to BeastThemes AI Support -> Activity Logs after sending a test message. Check the newest trace and look for the first error event. Confirm that the selected provider API key is valid and that the selected model is available to your provider account.<\/p>\n\n
The billing email must exactly match the email stored on the WooCommerce order. The plugin will not reveal order details when the verification fails.<\/p>\n\n
Make sure the plugin is active, the frontend is loading normally, and no security or optimization plugin is blocking the plugin's local JavaScript. The plugin does not require a third-party CDN for its frontend assets.<\/p>\n\n
