The plugin does not analyse or generate anything on its own — all
work happens on the Autoiview service, and the plugin applies the results to your site.

An Autoiview account is required. The plugin is not useful without one.

What the service can do to your site

Every action below runs only after you approve the corresponding task inside Autoiview:

Publish new posts written by AI, with images, and schedule them

Update SEO titles and meta descriptions on existing posts, pages, categories and tags

Write missing alt text on images

Insert internal links into post content

Serve a robots.txt and a sitemap generated by Autoiview

Apply redirect rules

Serve an IndexNow key file so Bing and Yandex can be notified of new URLs

Optionally embed a conversion-measurement script (off by default)

Connecting and disconnecting

You connect from inside Autoiview. The plugin generates its own random secret key, shows you a confirmation
screen in wp-admin, and only then sends that key back to Autoiview. Your WordPress password and application
passwords are never used or transmitted.

Disconnect at any time under Settings → Autoiview Connector. Disconnecting deletes the secret key, and
Autoiview immediately loses all ability to read or write anything on your site.

Privacy

The plugin stores a secret key, a default author ID, and — if you enable those features — the robots.txt
content, sitemap, redirect rules, IndexNow key and measurement token that Autoiview sends. It does not create
database tables and does not read your users' personal data.

External services

This plugin connects to the Autoiview service. It is required for the plugin to do anything.

1. Autoiview configuration API

What it is:
https://autoiview.com/api/PluginConfig/Get

What it sends: nothing. It is a plain GET request with no parameters. Autoiview's web server records the
request the way any web server does (site IP address, user agent).

What it receives: on/off flags that let Autoiview disable a specific plugin feature remotely if that
feature is found to break customer sites, without waiting for a plugin update to reach every site. It also
receives the host names the plugin may download images from.

When: twice a day, and when an administrator opens wp-admin if the cached copy has expired.
Only after you connect the site. Before you connect, the plugin makes no outbound request at all.

2. Autoiview site API

What it is: the Autoiview service calls into your site (it is not the plugin calling out), authenticated
with the secret key created during connection.

What it sends to your site: post content, titles, meta descriptions, image URLs, redirect rules,
robots.txt and sitemap content — the output of tasks you approved.

What your site sends back: the results of those operations, plus site facts Autoiview needs to work
correctly: WordPress version, active SEO plugin, PHP version, permalink structure, post categories, and the
raw content of the pages being optimised.

3. Autoiview image storage

What it is:
https://cdn.autoiview.net

What it sends: nothing beyond a normal file download request. When a task publishes a post with images,
your site downloads those images from Autoiview's storage into your own media library. The images are then
served from your site, not from Autoiview.

4. Conversion measurement script (optional, off by default)

What it is: a script loaded from Autoiview and added to your site's
<head>
, only if you enable
conversion measurement in Autoiview.

What it sends: it runs in your visitors' browsers and reports the page path viewed, the referring domain,
UTM campaign parameters, and the visible text of a clicked button or link (up to 200 characters).

What it does not do: it does not collect IP addresses, does not set cookies, does not read anything your
visitors type into form fields, and does not create an identifier that follows a visitor across other
websites.

Your responsibility: because this collects data from your visitors, you should disclose it in your own
site's privacy policy and obtain consent where the law that applies to you requires it.

Terms and privacy

Terms of Service: https://autoiview.com/terms-of-service

Privacy Policy: https://autoiview.com/privacy-policy

Install and activate the plugin.

Open autoiview.com, go to your project, and choose Connect via Plugin.

A window opens on your site asking you to confirm the connection. Confirm it.

That is the whole setup. There is nothing to configure in the plugin itself.

Do I need an Autoiview account?

Yes. Posts, images and meta descriptions already published stay exactly where
they are — they are ordinary WordPress content. The custom robots.txt and sitemap stop being served, and your
site returns to whatever it served before.

Does it work with Yoast or Rank Math?

Yes. The plugin detects the SEO plugin you use and writes meta titles and descriptions into it rather than
adding a second set of tags. Sites without an SEO plugin get tags from Autoiview instead.

My host has an outdated certificate store and images fail to download.

The plugin retries the download once without certificate verification, and only for Autoiview's own image
host, and only when the first attempt failed with a certificate error specifically.
