Brobot is an AI sales assistant that talks to shoppers on your store, in\nHebrew or English. It reads your catalogue and your own pages, answers what\na shopper asks, shows the products that fit, and hands the conversation to a\nperson when that is the better answer.<\/p>\n\n

This plugin does one thing: it adds the Brobot loader to your pages. All of\nthe assistant runs on the Brobot service, so there is nothing to configure\nhere beyond the connection itself.<\/p>\n\n

Until you connect a store, the plugin adds nothing to your site and no\nrequest is made from a visitor's browser.<\/p>\n\n

External service<\/h4>\n\n

This plugin is an interface to Brobot, a paid service operated by BroStudio.\nIt will not do anything without a Brobot account.<\/p>\n\n

Once connected, the plugin adds this tag to your pages:<\/p>\n\n

  • Your server sends nothing. The plugin only prints the tag above.<\/li>\n
  • The visitor's browser loads the assistant from getbrobot.com<\/code>, and\nsends your store ID, your public key and the page address so the service\nknows which store and which page the shopper is on.<\/li>\n
  • If the shopper opens the chat, what they type is sent to the service to be\nanswered, and is stored so that you can read the conversation.<\/li>\n
  • If the shopper chooses to leave contact details, those details are sent and\nstored so that you can reach them.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

    1. Install and activate the plugin.<\/li>\n
    2. Open Settings, then Brobot.<\/li>\n
    3. Enter the Store ID and public key from your Brobot dashboard, or connect\nyour store from the dashboard and they will fill in by themselves.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n

      The tag stops being printed and the assistant disappears from your site. Your\ndata stays in your Brobot account.<\/p><\/dd>\n
      Does it work without WooCommerce?<\/h3><\/dt>\n
