If your site\ndoes not operate under Czech law, this plugin will not be useful to you.<\/p>\n\n<p>Pravoid turns the legal documents you generated at <a href=\"https:\/\/pravoid.com\">Pravoid.com<\/a>\ninto WordPress pages. You choose a document, the plugin creates a draft page\nwith its content, and you publish it yourself when you are happy with how it\nlooks in your theme.<\/p>\n\n<p>Three documents are supported:<\/p>\n\n<ul>\n<li>Z\u00e1sady ochrany osobn\u00edch \u00fadaj\u016f (privacy policy, GDPR)<\/li>\n<li>Z\u00e1sady pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed soubor\u016f cookies (cookie policy)<\/li>\n<li>Obchodn\u00ed podm\u00ednky (terms and conditions)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>The documents are generated on Pravoid.com against the current wording of Czech\nlegislation, taken from the official REST API of e-Sb\u00edrka, the legislation\nportal of the Czech Ministry of the Interior.<\/p>\n\n<h4>How it works<\/h4>\n\n<ol>\n<li>Create your documents at Pravoid.com. The plugin pre-fills the form with your\nsite name, URL and, if WooCommerce is active, your store address.<\/li>\n<li>Pay for the documents you want.<\/li>\n<li>You receive an access key by e-mail.<\/li>\n<li>Paste the key into <strong>Settings \u2192 Pravoid<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Your paid documents appear as a list. Create a page from any of them.<\/li>\n<li>Review the draft and publish it yourself.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<h4>What is free and what is not<\/h4>\n\n<p>The plugin is free and always will be. Generating a preview at Pravoid.com is\nalso free. Unlocking the full text of a document is a one-off paid purchase made\non Pravoid.com \u2014 the plugin never asks for payment and does not process any.<\/p>\n\n<h4>Pages are created as drafts<\/h4>\n\n<p>The plugin never publishes anything on your behalf. Every page it creates is a\ndraft, so you can see how the document looks in your own theme before it goes\nlive. Publishing is your decision, made in WordPress like with any other page.<\/p>\n\n<h4>Data sent to an external service<\/h4>\n\n<p>This plugin communicates with Pravoid.com, a service operated by Bc. Filip\nKrechler (I\u010cO 23683368), Radkovsk\u00e1 594, 588 56 Tel\u010d, Czech Republic.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>When you save or verify an access key<\/strong>, the key is sent to\n    https:\/\/pravoid.com\/api\/plugin\/documents so the service can return the list of\ndocuments that belong to it.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>When you create or update a page<\/strong>, the document identifier is sent to\n    https:\/\/pravoid.com\/api\/plugin\/document\/{id} and the document content is\nreturned.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>When you click the button to create documents<\/strong>, your browser opens\nPravoid.com with your site name, site URL and \u2014 if WooCommerce is active \u2014 your\nstore address passed in the query string, so the form arrives pre-filled. No\nrequest is made by the plugin itself and no e-mail address is ever passed this\nway.<\/p>\n\n<p>Nothing else is transmitted. This line is part of the document content returned by the\nservice \u2014 the plugin inserts the document as received and does not add anything\nto it. It will appear on any page created from that document.<\/p>\n\n<h4>Not legal advice<\/h4>\n\n<p>The documents are generated with the help of artificial intelligence and are a\nstarting point, not legal advice. For questions specific to your business,\nconsult a qualified lawyer. Neither the plugin nor Pravoid.com guarantees the\nlegal completeness or correctness of a generated document for any particular\nsituation.<\/p>\n\n<p>No plugin and no service can make a website legally compliant. The access key is tied to the e-mail address\nyou used when generating your documents.<\/p><\/dd>\n<dt id=\"where%20do%20i%20get%20the%20access%20key%3F\"><h3>Where do I get the access key?<\/h3><\/dt>\n<dd><p>It arrives by e-mail after you pay for your documents. It starts with <code>pvd_<\/code> and\nis shown only once, so keep it. If you lose it, request a new one at\nPravoid.com \u2014 issuing a new key invalidates the previous one.<\/p><\/dd>\n<dt id=\"can%20i%20use%20one%20key%20on%20several%20websites%3F\"><h3>Can I use one key on several websites?<\/h3><\/dt>\n<dd><p>Yes. The key belongs to your e-mail address, not to a website. All documents\ngenerated under that address are available on every site where the key is\ninstalled.
