Also confirm your Merchant Code and Merchant Secret are entered under WooCommerce &gt; Settings &gt; Payments &gt; Fonepay.<\/p><\/dd>\n<dt id=\"the%20order%20was%20paid%20and%20shows%20%22processing%22%20instead%20of%20%22completed%22%20-%20is%20that%20right%3F\"><h3>The order was paid and shows \"processing\" instead of \"completed\" - is that right?<\/h3><\/dt>\n<dd><p>Yes, this is expected behavior. All payment gateways in WooCommerce must change the order status to \"processing\" when payment is confirmed, and should only move to \"completed\" once the order has actually been fulfilled\/delivered.<\/p>\n\n<p>For downloadable products, WooCommerce's default setting only grants access once the order is \"completed\". You can enable \"Grant access to download the product after payment\" under WooCommerce &gt; Settings &gt; Products to release downloads as soon as the order is \"processing\".<\/p><\/dd>\n<dt id=\"i%20have%20the%20correct%20merchant%20code%20and%20secret%20but%20still%20get%20%22fonepay%20verification%20failure%22.\"><h3>I have the correct Merchant Code and Secret but still get \"Fonepay Verification Failure\".<\/h3><\/dt>\n<dd><p>Please contact <a href=\"https:\/\/fonepay.com\/contact-us\">Fonepay support<\/a> to confirm your Merchant Code and Secret are correct, and that you're using the matching sandbox or live credentials for your current mode.<\/p><\/dd>\n<dt id=\"i%20get%20an%20error%20saying%20activation%20was%20blocked%2C%20or%20a%20warning%20notice%2C%20because%20of%20%22another%20fonepay%20payment%20gateway%20plugin%22\"><h3>I get an error saying activation was blocked, or a warning notice, because of \"another Fonepay payment gateway plugin\"<\/h3><\/dt>\n<dd><p>This happens if another Fonepay gateway plugin is also active - both plugins register the same WooCommerce gateway id and payment callback URL, so running them together would cause payment failures. Deactivate one of the two plugins yourself (this plugin never deactivates another plugin for you).
