Embedding must also be turned on for your video\/webcam chat from that same panel page.<\/p>\n\n<h4>External services<\/h4>\n\n<p>This plugin embeds content and functionality hosted by <strong>Dialogoo<\/strong> (dialogoo.com), a third-party live chat service:<\/p>\n\n<ul>\n<li>The <code>[dialogoo_chat]<\/code> shortcode loads <code>https:\/\/dialogoo.com\/chat<\/code> inside an <code>&lt;iframe&gt;<\/code>.<\/li>\n<li>The optional floating chat bubble loads a script from <code>https:\/\/dialogoo.com\/assets\/js\/embed.js<\/code>, which itself opens a <code>https:\/\/dialogoo.com\/chat<\/code> iframe when a visitor clicks it.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>When a visitor's browser loads either of these, it connects directly to dialogoo.com \u2014 the same as visiting any page that embeds third-party content \u2014 which involves standard connection metadata (e.g. IP address, user agent) reaching Dialogoo's servers so the chat can be shown.
